Our class membership gives you full access to Limitless Gym’s strength and performance facility and access to our timetable in Tatenhill, Burton upon Trent.

Our classes include;

  1. Yoga. Based upstairs in the gym, a selection of different types of yoga from beginner to advanced. Our yoga practitioners are highly skilled and have spent countless hours helping people to stay injury free, pain free and to move well.

  2. Barbell Club. This is strength training at its basics. A 12-week plan based on the 4 main lifts. Squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press. Let the coaches guide you in progression. If you are a complete beginner or have been weight training for a while, we can help push you towards the next step. Supported by an online app program so that you can track your numbers and pbs.

  3. Strongman sessions. Our strongman sessions are designed around a solid base of strength. Add in the strongman equipment, including yoke, farmers, atlas stones and logs, and you have a challenging session.

  4. Mobility classes. Our weekly mobility sessions help you to move well. Set in the yoga studio, the coach will take you through 45 minutes of mobilisations and stretching.

  5. Nutrition sessions. Monthly nutrition workshop. Come in with your questions, and the coach will help you with all your nutrition needs.

Class membership includes access to open gym sessions.

What Makes Our Classes different?

Our classes aren’t just made up on the day; we have planned for training blocks over 12-week periods. We help you to learn and implement exercises with correct form, progress you when you’re ready, and we give you feedback and any additional help you need outside of sessions.

Our additional sessions, such as Mobility, Yoga, Pilates and nutrition, are all led by experts in their field.
