Our personal training has a couple of options. We can assist you one to one, or we can write you a program up and have regular checkins. You have access to the gym, our coaches and training app. .

We have hours throughout our working week, where coaches are on hand to help. But, if you want the more personal approach. Where our coaches guide you every step of the workout, we can do that too.

What You Get

  • 1 to 1 coaching option. We offer 1-3 sessions per week with our coaches

  • A monthly or bi-weekly coaching option. You can get a program with us, delivered via our app. And check in with us.
