Shiv is a strength and conditioning coach. Along with a great knowledge of Mobility and Flexibility. You can join Shiv on Mondays for bear club, adults and Mobility sessions. Shiv's personal business is SH Strength Coach.

With 17 years of experience working with all abilities. James specialises in working with older people to help them recover from pain and injuries. Covering classes when needed. Also part owner of Limitless gym and owner of the Body Fix Coach.

Strength and conditioning coach

Will is a strength and conditioning coach and part owner of Limitless Gym. Will specialises in strength coaching for rock climbing.

Will manages the back end of running the gym with memberships and member communications.
